Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products, and returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery. There is a one-time flat rate shipping fee of $5.00 charged on all returns. We cannot accept returns of any products after they have been used. 

If your package arrives and you notice any damages, missing items, or other issues, simply email rootspharmllc@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery of your package. Please provide your order number, description of the issue, and a photo, and we will assist you with a prompt resolution.
