Did not receive

Placed order on November 19th. As of December 7, 2024 we have not received our order. This was a gift for a family member visiting from out of town today, so very disappointing. Inquired about delay on November 29th and was told this was due to a supply problem due to weather. Understandable. But if you do not have product in stock, your website should say that the item is out of stock.
Was ensured that our order would ship this past Monday and we would have it by Friday, Today is Saturday and the tracking states it is traveling through to destination - not out for delivery. 🙁

the bag works well with the shampoo and conditioner! Only took off a star because I found it less effective with the charcoal soap

Bag is not useful

I like the idea that soap can remain in the bag during use, but after hanging it in the shower, and thoroughly drying, the bag still got moldy. No longer using them.
